Description
We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive prestigious dealership who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Canterbury area.
Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.
Benefits for the Service Advisor:
Basic Salary starting at £30,000, with a realistic OTE of £36,000
Monday to Friday shifts, starting at either 7:30 and 8:00 am, finishing at either 5:00 to 5:30 pm
Rotating Saturday mornings (one in eight), 8:00 am – 1:00 pm (paid overtime)
No Sunday or bank holiday work

A working experience within a Service Advisor role
The ability to upsell on service work and service plans
Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database SoftwareDuties of the Service Advisor role:
Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle
Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
Update Customers and Vehicle Records
Prepare and complete Invoices
Advise Customer on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed
Other Ad-Hoc Duties as the role requiresFor your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £30,000 with OTE of circa £36,000.
