Are you an experienced Service Advisor seeking a new challenge within a reputable automotive group in Preston?
Our client, a well-established family-run dealership, is offering an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Service Advisor to join their dedicated aftersales team. This role is perfect for professionals with a proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service and overseeing service operations in a busy dealership environment.
As a Senior Service Advisor, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. You will be instrumental in promoting our client’s commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Benefits:
Competitive basic salary up to £30,000, with an achievable OTE of £37,000
Generous annual leave package, increasing with length of service up to 25 days
Working hours from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with one Saturday per month

Serve as the first point of contact for service customers, managing appointments, queries, and expectations
Deliver expert advice on vehicle repairs and maintenance options
Keep customers informed throughout the service process to ensure high levels of satisfaction
Coordinate with workshop teams to ensure timely and efficient job completion
Process invoices and payments accurately and efficiently as a Senior Service Advisor
Promote additional services and products to enhance customer experience and increase sales
Support junior team members and contribute to a positive team environmentRequirements:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer-focused approach with a professional attitude
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with dealership management systems is desirable
