Role – Senior Service Advisor

Salary – £32,000 basic OTE £38,000 (Realistic)

Location – Chester

Richard Abson Group are helping a main car dealership in Chester to find them a quality Senior Service Advisor.

The business is a well-known and reputable dealer group in the area, working with several brands. They’re offering progression, support, and fantastic training.

As a Senior Service Advisor, you will be assisting customers with enquiries, technical information and providing progress updates on their vehicles. You will also support the Service team day-to-day, helping to maintain high standards across customer service, workshop loading, and service plan sales.

You will be responsible for upselling Service Plans and additional services, ensuring all opportunities are maximised whilst delivering an excellent customer experience.

Requirements to be considered for the role of Senior Service Advisor:

• At least 2 years’ experience in the same role or similar (within the main dealer network).

• Enthusiastic and passionate about customer service and sales.

• Use of Kerridge and 1Link (preferred).

Salary and working hours:

The business is offering a competitive basic salary of £32,000, with additional (uncapped) bonus' for hours sold, up/cross-sales, and service plan sales – earning £38,000 (currently the team is overachieving). xjnqpsq

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am–6pm with NO WEEKEND WORK.
