Senior EWIS Engineer (Contract)

ARCA is partnered with an aerospace client supporting a key programme and looking to bring in 2 x Senior EWIS Engineers.

This role sits across full lifecycle wiring / harness design, from early concept through to installation definition.

You’ll be working on:

• Defining, coordinating and managing EWIS interfaces across multiple systems

• Developing 2D wiring diagrams from system requirements and documentation

• Creating detailed 3D harness models

• Generating harness BoMs and manufacturing / installation drawings (MBD beneficial)

They’re looking for someone who:

• Has strong experience in EWIS / harness design within aerospace

• Can operate across concept through to detailed design independently

• Is comfortable working closely with systems, design and integration teams

• Understands installation constraints and real-world xjnqpsq integration challenges

Contract details:

• 3-month rolling contract (long-term programme)

• Bristol-based, hybrid working (2–3 days onsite ideally)

• Outside IR35
