Quality Inspector

Description

We are currently looking for Quality Inspectors to assist our client, within a top class manufacturing facility in Foston, DE65 5BX. These roles have immediate start dates and there are 2 shift patterns available.

Days - 7am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 7am to 1pm Fridays.

Nights - 8.30pm to 6.45am Monday to Thursday.

Quality Inspector key job details:

* Night shift Monday to Thursday, working 20:30-06:45

* Day shift Monday to Thursday 7.00 to 16.30 and 7.00 to 13.00 Fridays

* Nights - £17.29ph basic rate, weekly pay

* Days - £ 13.00ph basic rate, weekly pay

* Overtime: £25.10ph on Saturdays, £33.40ph on Sundays

* Basic on the job training provided

Quality Inspector key duties:

* Conduct routine quality inspection of automotive parts and components

* Follow and complete checklists and sign off parts

* Raise any quality related issues or non-conformances

* Manual handling of parts

* Comply with health and safety at all times

Quality Inspector person specification:

* You must have your own car/motorbike due to the location of the work

* Previous experience in Quality Control, Quality Inspection, xjnqpsq or Quality Assurance roles would be beneficial

* Experience of working in assembly, engineering, or a manufacturing environment is essential

* Good level of English (reading and verbal) is required

* You must have a degree of flexibility with regards to the available shifts
