As a Prepper, your responsibilities will include:

Sanding, cleaning, and prepping metal and composite parts for painting, coating, or assembly

Accurately masking components to protect designated areas during finishing

Reading and following technical drawings to ensure precise execution

Providing production updates to the Team Leader

Supporting other departments when required

As a Prepper, your experience will include:

Previous experience in automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing environments

Proficiency xjnqpsq with vibrating hand tools, buffers, and polishers

Familiarity with measuring equipment and mixing fillers

Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team

Good communication and listening skills
