Polisher / Finisher (Engineering) – Temp to Perm
Location: Isleworth, Greater London
Job Type: Temporary (with strong likelihood of permanent role)
Start: Immediate
Positions Available: 2
Newmont Engineering are currently looking to recruit 2 x Polishers / Finishers on a temporary basis, with a clear opportunity to go permanent for the right people.
Due to a high workload and existing arrears, the business is short of staff and requires reliable individuals who can support production and help clear backlog.
The Role
*
Polishing, finishing and deburring metal components
*
Using buffing and polishing machines
*
Manual finishing and edge breaking where required
*
Ensuring components meet basic quality and finish standards
*
Supporting production to meet delivery deadlines
Full training will be provided, so previous experience is beneficial but not essential. xjnqpsq
About You
*
Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
*
Comfortable working with metal components
*
Good attention to detail
*
Able to follow instructions and work to quality standards
*
Previous experience in engineering, aerospace or production is an advantage The role would suit candidates from backgrounds such as Finishing, Aerospace assembly, or polishing.
