Description

My client has opened a new site in Sevenoaks and is looking for a parts advisor with automotive experience to join their prestigious service centre.

This Independent retailer has a high end client base that demands the best standards and as such you will be required to work both hard and smart to keep up to the levels required.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Essential

* Excellent communication skills

* Good computer skills

* The ability to work efficiently with the public

* Worked with Pinewood DMS previously

* Able to convey information clearly & succinctly whether verbally or in writing

* Able to solve problems

* Able to establish effective working relationships with varied personnel

* Able to work independently demonstrating initiative and pro-activity

* Able to demonstrate sensitivity, diplomacy and tact

* Able to persuade, motivate, negotiate and influence others

* Word processing/ spreadsheet skills

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

* Have a smart appearance

* Able to maintain confidentiality

* Ability to sometimes deal with difficult, impatient xjnqpsq or distressed people

* Efficient and well organised

* Interested in the work of the organisation
