We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a busy and well-established dealership in the Basingstoke area.

The Package

* £30,000 basic salary

* OTE circa £33,000

* Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm

* 1 in 3 Saturdays: 8:00am – 1:00pm

* Permanent, full-time position

As a Parts Advisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring both retail and trade customers receive the right parts efficiently and professionally.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Identifying and supplying correct parts to customers

* Supporting both retail and trade enquiries

* Assisting with goods in, stock control, and warehouse duties

* Receiving, checking, and allocating parts and consumables

* Supporting stock checks and maintaining accurate records

* Promoting relevant offers and upselling where appropriate

* Building strong relationships with internal departments and suppliers

About You

* Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade

* Confident using dealer management systems xjnqpsq (experience with Kerridge/ADP is advantageous)

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* Able to work efficiently under pressure

* Customer-focused and professional at all times
