Paint Sprayer / Prepper Polisher

Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm!

Basic salary £35,000 - £39,000!

Sidcup Area

A well-run, consistently busy body shop is looking for skilled technicians to join its team – Monday - Friday hours, 8am–5pm, with no weekend work ever.

If you want strong pay, stable days, and a workshop that’s organised rather than chaotic, this is the kind of role that makes a real difference to work–life balance.

Paint Sprayer:

* Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm

* £39,000 pa

* High-standard paint work on damaged vehicles

* Paint mixing, colour checking, and spray-outs

* Prep, priming, filler work, and plastic repairs

* Oven and air-pressure setup

* Quality checks and job card accuracy

* Maintain paint rooms and use extraction at all times

* Liaise with workshop teams and report issues

Prepper Polisher:

* Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm

* £35,000 pa

* Prepare vehicles for paint

* Complete de-nibbing and polishing

* Work on vehicles pre- or post-refit

* Liaise with workshop teams and report issues

Requirements:

* Previous bodyshop experience

* Strong attention to detail

* Ability to follow process and job cards

* Confident working in a fast-paced workshop
