Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced MOT Tester to join an established and reputable motor trade operation based in Macclesfield (SK10). This is a permanent opportunity offering stable hours, a testing-focused remit, and long-term security.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out MOT testing on light vehicles, ensuring all work is completed in line with DVSA regulations and company standards. This role is ideal for an MOT Tester looking for a consistent, no-nonsense testing position within a professional workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out MOT testing on light vehicles to Class 4 and Class 7 standards

Ensure all MOT tests comply with DVSA regulations

Accurately complete test results and associated documentation

Maintain a high standard of accuracy, safety, and professionalismRequirements

Valid Class 4 & 7 MOT Testing Licence

Proven experience carrying out MOT testing on light vehicles

Good attention xjnqpsq to detail and strong compliance awareness

Full right to work in the UKWhat’s on Offer

£31,000 – £33,000 per annum (depending on experience)
