This is an excellent Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester opportunity for a skilled professional to work in a modern, well-equipped workshop, delivering high-quality service across a wide range of vehicles, including light commercial vans. The Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester role offers a supportive environment with opportunities for ongoing development and career progression.
Benefits:
Competitive salary between £35,000 and £40,000, depending on experience
No weekend work; Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week

Conduct servicing, maintenance, and repairs on various vehicles, including light commercial vans
Diagnose and resolve complex electrical and mechanical faults using advanced diagnostic tools
Perform Class 4 MOT tests in accordance with DVSA standards
Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workshop operations
Keep up to date with the latest automotive technologies, including Hybrid and Electric Vehicles
Maintain accurate records of work undertaken and parts usedRequirements:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within the motor trade
Relevant qualification such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Strong diagnostic skills and a problem-solving mindset
Ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and attention to detail
Qualified to perform Class 4 MOT tests in line with DVSA regulations
