HGV Technician Washington

Salary: Up to £17ph - £19ph (DOE) with the bonus of up to 10% + £1000 signing on fee + healthcare + life assurance + family & friends discounts + excellent pension + holidays + sick pay + enhanced maternity / paternity leave + more

Shifts: 6. and 9.30 -18.00 Monday-Friday and 1 Saturday in 4 paid at time and a half.

What you will do

* Carry out repairs to a high standard according to Volvo procedures, safely and responsibly

* Assist in the fault diagnosis process

* Service Customer Vehicles and complete service sheets.

* Road test vehicles when required (if you hold an HGV license)

* Assist with roadside breakdowns. xjnqpsq

* Process all relevant paperwork relating to jobs accurately

* Ensure all vehicle defects are reported

* Keep all workshop facilities, equipment, and tools clean, tidy and well maintained

* Help us in supporting the development of trainees and apprentices

Who are you?

Do you hold a Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and have previous experience working on HGV’s or have you completed an apprenticeship in the HGV industry?
