LV Logistics have an exciting opportunity for an HGV Class 1 Driver to join the team in Middlesbrough. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis.

Qualifications and Experience we are looking for in our HGV Class 1 Driver:
HGV Class 1 Licence
Full drivers CPC.
Previous experience is desirable
Must be willing to ‘tramp’ as some nights out required.
To be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Ambitious, organised and driven.
The ability to build relationships with customers.
Workload is generally Monday to Friday with weekend work sporadic and optional.
ADR licence would be an advantage
Responsibilities and Duties as our HGV Class 1 Driver:
Collections and deliveries around the UK in one of our 44tonne artic vehicles.
Follow specific job instructions and complete all the relevant paperwork.
Conduct vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness - ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, and current Vehicle and Tachograph legislation.
Rate of pay: £14.70 / hour basic, Guaranteed 50 hours.
£19.22 / Sundays and Bank Holidays, Guaranteed minimum hours.

This is a Tramping role and will require ‘some nights out’
