Salary: £30,000 - £37,000

Start Date: ASAP

Pension: 28.68% employer contribution

Annual Leave: 40-50 days (including bank holidays and closure days)

We are seeking a High Education Motorsport Lecturer to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you'll be working with university-level students on our Motorsport Engineering Degree programmes, delivering high-quality teaching, support, and industry insight to prepare them for careers in one of the most exciting sectors in engineering.

What You'll Need:

A degree in Motorsport Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a closely related field (essential)

Industry experience or deep subject knowledge in motorsport or automotive engineering

A commitment to education and student success

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A willingness to work towards a teaching qualification (we'll fully fund this!)

What You Don't Need:

Previous teaching experience or a formal teaching qualification - we'll support you every step of the way with funded qualifications and mentoring.
