You will gain hands-on experience supporting engineering projects, contributing to performance improvements, and working within a team dedicated to precision, innovation, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Support the engineering team in day-to-day motorsport operations

Assist with data analysis and performance reporting

Contribute to vehicle preparation, testing, and development

Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications

Assist with problem-solving and fault diagnosis

Maintain accurate technical documentation and records

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure performance objectives are met

Support continuous improvement initiatives

About You

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Motorsport Engineering or similar

Strong interest in motorsport and high-performance vehicles

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office; CAD knowledge desirable

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Previous internship, placement, or hands-on experience (advantageous but not essential)
