About the Centre Manager Role:
Lead and motivate a talented team to achieve sales targets and deliver top-notch service.
Enhance customer conversion through effective communication and follow-up procedures.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient centre management.
Maintain the security and accuracy of stock, assets, and customer data.
Manage stock control, deliveries, and equipment maintenance in line with company standards.What We’re Looking For in a Centre Manager:
Proven experience as a Centre Manager or Assistant Manager within the automotive industry.
A strong background in sales and customer service.
Technical or mechanical automotive knowledge.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Knowledge of relevant Health & Safety legislation.
Full UK Driving Licence held for at least 6 months.What's On Offer for the Centre Manager:
Salary between £34,000 and £38,000 plus bonus potential.
