Electronic Assembly Technician to join a cutting‑edge electronics manufacturer based in the Aldermaston. If you take pride in producing high‑quality electronics assemblies and enjoy working with the latest technology, this role will suit you perfectly. This is a key role where you will be working on high level electronic assemblies.

We are looking for experienced Electronics Techs who can develop and grow within the role that would result in Technical support and customer phone based fault finding.

The Role

Hand assembly and soldering of PCBs

Surface‑mount soldering down to 0402 component size

Through‑hole and SMT component placement by hand

Preparation of PCBs

Visual inspection

PCB rework, modification, and component replacementExperience

Confident soldering skills with fine‑pitch and miniature components

Experience in electronics assembly, manufacturing, or repair

Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
