Data Input Clerk required in Caerphilly.

SALARY: around £25,400 per annum.

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm.A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for two Date Input Clerks to join our client, a multi-franchise commercial vehicle dealership and specialist provider of land transport refrigeration solutions, at their centre in Caerphilly.

Working as part of a friendly team, the successful Data Input Clerk will be responsible for accurately entering warranty claims from our client's transport refrigeration engineers into the internal portal. This role requires excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to ensure claims are processed efficiently and accurately.

Inputting warranty claims data onto the internal system.

Ensuring accuracy and completeness of all data entries.

Liaising with engineers and colleagues to resolve any missing or unclear information.

Supporting the wider admin team as required.Our client is looking for someone who has a strong attention to detail and accuracy, good IT and data entry skills, the ability to work to deadlines and manage workloads efficiently and excellent communication skills. Experience working in an administration role is required, and due to the nature of this role, the successful Data Input Clerk needs to have good IT skills.
