We're recruiting for a Configuration Controller to join a leading global manufacturing organisation supporting complex, high-value engineering programmes.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and processes in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

The Role

You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate configuration data and supporting quality and production teams to ensure products are delivered to strict regulatory and customer standards.

Day-to-day, you'll manage records within SAP, track work orders, support investigations, and help drive continuous improvement across configuration and quality processes. You'll work closely with multiple teams, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth delivery throughout the product lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

Experience using SAP or similar systems

Strong attention to detail with a logical, problem-solving mindset

Confident communicator who can work with different teams

Background in manufacturing, engineering, or regulated environments is desirable

£16.32 PAYE / £21.84 Umbrella per hour

20% shift uplift + overtime premiums

Rotating double day shifts (mornings & afternoons)

12-month contract with strong extension potential
