Are you an experienced Customer Support Exec with experience in manufacturing/engineering? Our client are a leading aerospace business with a focus on innovation, performance and integrity. They are Europe's leading independent overhaul and repair facility for more than 60 years. The company has a solid reputation in the aerospace industry for providing a broad range of services to international and regional airlines, helicopter operators and airframe manufacturers.

Customer Support Executive

Ramsgate

Permanent

Main Duties/Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong customer relationships with assigned customer accounts.

Resolve customer queries as they arise including account queries and warranties.

Maintain the Forward Load for dedicated customer accounts, scheduling orders as required, quoting units and liaising with the Commercial Manager to highlight any prioritisation issues which need to be resolved with the wider Ramsgate Customer Support Team.

Facilitate the resolution of Technical Issues between workshops and customers.

Provide information for queries regarding OTD score as required on a weekly basis.

Maintain Gross Margin for assigned customer accounts.

Communicate Customer Status reports for assigned accounts which require these.

Raise Work Orders for customers as required.

Scan and file Work Packs as completed.

Experience of Customer Interaction, developing and growing customer/supplier accounts through a range of different communication and media channels.

Excellent data analysis and data presentation skills.

Computer literate, proficient in excel and application of pivot tables.

Previous experience in a similar technically based role within an engineering/manufacturing industry environment (highly desirable).

Qualifications:

Minimum GCSE Maths and English or equivalent. (Essential)

Fluent command of written and spoken English. (Essential)

Fluency in an additional language (Desirable)

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build close-knit relationships with external customer contacts

Strong analytical, administrative and organisation skills and excellent attention to detail
