Experienced Vehicle Technician / Mechanic – Lincoln
Location: Lincoln
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per year (dependent on experience)
Hours: 42.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday) with 1 in 2 Saturdays (8 AM – 1 PM). Flexible working options available for the right candidate.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join our Lincoln team. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing vehicles to manufacturer and MOT standards, ensuring our customers receive outstanding service every time.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing vehicles to manufacturer and MOT standards

Conducting electronic vehicle health checks (eVHC) and advising customers
*
Carrying out maintenance and repairs efficiently and to a high standard
*
Sourcing required parts for repairs
*
Performing final inspections and safety checks
*
Recording work details accurately
*
Adhering to company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards
*
Participating in ongoing training and development
*
Mentoring apprentices where applicable
What We’re Looking For:
*
Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician with a full UK driving licence
*
Manufacturer experience preferred but not essential
*
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
*
Excellent customer service and communication skills
*
Good organisational and time management abilities
