The Role:

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key link between the workshop and the customer. You will:

* Welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

* Understand their needs and explain the service or repair process clearly

* Keep them informed throughout their visit

* Maintain accurate job records

* Identify and recommend additional services where appropriate

The Benefits

* £28,000–£30,000 basic salary

* Around £6,000 per year in bonuses

* Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm — no weekends

The Ideal Candidate

* Essential: Previous customer service experience (any industry)

* Desirable: Automotive or trade experience

* Professional, organised, and personable

* Able to build rapport and maintain positive relationships
