£40,000 per annum

Hybrid – 3 days office, 2 days WFH

If you’re an experienced automotive technician with strong diagnostic skills and OEM experience, and you’re looking to move into an office-based role, this could be the ideal next step. This opportunity allows you to use your technical expertise in a more strategic, less physically demanding environment while continuing to develop your career.

We’re working with a highly respected company in the Uxbridge area that is expanding its Technical Support Team. They are looking for someone with hands-on experience, excellent diagnostic ability, and the confidence to support both customers and installers.

Key responsibilities include:

Diagnosing and resolving technical issues, identifying root causes, and providing effective solutions

Managing cases through to resolution within agreed SLAs using Salesforce

Supporting internal and external stakeholders across varying technical levels

Handling inbound and outbound calls while maintaining accurate case records

Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with customers and partners

Contributing to continuous improvement in customer experience and installation standards

About You

Proven background in automotive diagnostics or technical support, ideally within an OEM environment

Experience working with OEM systems, standards, or processes is essential

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Highly organised with a proactive, “can-do” attitude

Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving skills in a technical setting
