Automotive Service Advisor

Eastbourne Area | Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm

We’re working with a well-established automotive business in the Eastbourne area who are looking to add an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to their friendly, customer-focused team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with motor trade experience who enjoys customer interaction, organisation, and working in a fast-paced workshop environment — without excessive weekend demands.

The Role

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include:

* Welcoming customers and managing service bookings

* Advising on servicing, repairs, and service plans

* Liaising with technicians and updating customers on progress

* Preparing job cards and invoices

* Delivering excellent customer service at all times

Working Hours

* Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm (with a 60-minute break)

* Saturday rota: 1 in 3, 8:30am – 12:30pm (included in salary)

What’s on Offer

* Salary: £28,250 per annum

* Bonus: Up to £6,000 plus earnings from service plans

* Holiday: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

What We’re Looking For

* Previous motor trade experience (essential)

* Experience in a Service Advisor or similar customer-facing automotive role

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* A professional, customer-focused approach
