About the Opportunity

Are you an experienced driver with a hands-on attitude, looking to build a scalable business? We are a rapidly expanding supplier of premium wood acoustic panels, and we are looking for an ambitious Delivery Partner to take ownership of a key logistics route.

This is not just a driving job; it is a partnership. We provide the demand, and you provide the delivery service. As we grow our product range from acoustic panels into a wider home improvement portfolio, you will be first in line to expand your offering, turning a single delivery route into a multi-product logistics operation.

The Role

You will be the face of our brand on the road. Initially, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of wood acoustic panels to commercial and residential clients across a wide corridor.


Territory: You will cover a large area spanning from Oxford to Birmingham or Oxford to Southampton. While this territory is currently broad, our data shows that as order volumes increase, we will optimize and refine these routes to maximize your efficiency and profitability.



The Work: You will receive confirmed delivery appointments directly from us. Your role is to provide excellent customer service, transport the products safely, and ensure they reach the client in perfect condition (drop-off only, no installation required).



The Lead Generation Model

To facilitate a high-income, self-employed structure, we operate on a lead-generation model:


We Provide the Business: We will generate and supply you with vetted leads and confirmed delivery orders within your territory.

Ideal Candidate Profile


Experienced Driver: You have a clean driving record and experience driving larger vans (transit size or larger). Experience delivering large or fragile items is a plus.



Physically Capable: Wood panels can be heavy and awkward. You must be comfortable with manual handling and unloading.

Requirements


Own a large van (e.g., Ford Transit, Mercedes Sprinter, or equivalent) in good condition.



Valid driving license.



Goods in transit insurance (or willingness to obtain).



Smartphone with data for navigation and lead management.



Willingness to cover the specified large territory initially.
