Habitat ‘Radius’ king-size bed frame - solid oak
This is an attractive and very sturdy bed frame in solid oak designed by Simon Pengelly for Habitat, where it is still available priced at £440.
The frame is in excellent condition other than a little discolouration to the headboard due to sunlight exposure where it wasn’t covered by pillows.
Please note: This is a Euro king-size frame designed for mattress size 2m x 1.6m, although it will of course accommodate a Standard UK King mattress (150 cm wide) with a small gap on either side.
Due to the angled headboard it projects 2m25cm from the wall - so it suits a big room (which I no longer have, hence the reluctant sale). The beech sprung slats come in 2 pieces of 2m x 80cm. The frame is easily assembled with 4 x 10mm bolts. Cash on collection only from Cobham KT11. Please check whether it will fit in your vehicle before enquiring.
