Description
I'm a private landlord looking for a reliable person based in or near Liverpool (L3 area) to conduct property viewings on my behalf for a room-share apartment.
What's involved:
Meeting prospective tenants at the property (Bastion Point, Oriel Street, Liverpool) at pre-arranged times
Showing them around the room and shared spaces
Answering basic questions about the property (I'll provide a info sheet)
Collecting/confirming names and contact details of attendees
Reporting back to me after each viewing (quick text or call)
What I'm looking for:
Reliable, punctual, well presented
Based locally, able to get to the property easily
Good communication skills
Available flexible hours, including some evenings/weekends
