We are looking for a reliable, experienced and professional self-employed cleaner to provide high-quality cleaning services to a range of residential and commercial clients.

This is a self-employed position, offering flexibility and independence. You will be responsible for managing your own schedule and delivering consistently high standards of cleaning and customer service.

Responsibilities

- Carry out thorough cleaning of residential and commercial premises, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping and sanitising surfaces

- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene in line with client requirements and health & safety standards

- Manage your own appointments and workload effectively, ensuring services are completed on time - - Use cleaning equipment and products appropriately and safely

-Communicate professionally with clients and understand their individual requirements and preferences

- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a consistently high professional standard

- Represent the business in a reliable, respectful and professional manner

Requirements

Previous professional cleaning experience is essential

- A valid DBS certificate is required If you do not currently hold a valid DBS certificate, you will be required to obtain one before commencing work. The cost of the DBS application will be the responsibility of the successful applicant

- Excellent organisational and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Reliable, punctual and professional approach to work

- Physically able to carry out cleaning duties, including bending, kneeling and standing for extended periods

- Own reliable transport is essential, as you will be required to travel between client locations

- Flexibility to work various hours, including weekdays and weekends, depending on client requirements
