A lovely family in Highgate is looking for an experienced and reliable Part Time Nanny / Housekeeper to join their household. The role is Monday to Thursday, 5 hours per day, supporting the family with a combination of childcare and general housekeeping duties.

The family have two children, aged 3 and 5, so the successful candidate should be confident caring for young children and able to provide a warm, caring and responsible approach. They should also be organised and proactive, taking pride in keeping the home clean, tidy and well maintained.

Duties include:

caring for the children and ensuring they are safe and well cared for
organising age-appropriate activities and play
preparing snacks and simple meals for the children
helping with the children’s daily routines
supporting the children with getting ready and keeping their belongings organised
keeping children’s bedrooms and play areas tidy
carrying out general housekeeping throughout the home
dusting and polishing surfaces
vacuuming and mopping floors
cleaning and maintaining bathrooms
cleaning and maintaining the kitchen
keeping living and dining areas tidy and presentable
changing bed linen and making beds
laundering household clothes and linens
ironing and folding laundry
keeping wardrobes and cupboards organised
loading and unloading the dishwasher
keeping household supplies well stocked
managing household rubbish and recycling
ensuring the home is kept clean, tidy and well organised

Requirements:

Paediatric First Aid

Enhanced DBS check
