Description
A private family household in North London is seeking an organised and experienced Part-Time Housekeeper to assist with the upkeep of a substantial home. This is a long-term opportunity suited to someone who works well independently and takes pride in maintaining a property to a consistently high standard.
The role is offered for two full days per week, with preferred working days during the week, although there can be some flexibility by mutual agreement. The position is offered on a self-employed basis.
Duties will include hands-on housekeeping and ironing, ensuring the home remains clean, organised, and well presented. Additional responsibilities may include light meal preparation, monitoring household supplies, and assisting with occasional ad hoc tasks. From time to time, there may be the opportunity to provide extra support for small gatherings or additional weekend hours, arranged in advance.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of cleaning methods and products, a discreet and professional manner, and a reliable, long-term approach.
