A friendly family in Bromley is looking for an experienced and reliable Part Time Housekeeper / Nanny to support them Monday to Friday, from 1pm to 6pm. The role will involve a combination of childcare and general housekeeping, helping to keep the home organised and running smoothly alongside caring for the children.

The family have three school-aged children, aged 7, 11 and 12, so the successful candidate should be confident caring for older children and providing a warm, responsible and engaging approach. The ideal candidate will also be organised and proactive with good housekeeping standards. A driver would be ideal, and the candidate should be pet friendly.

Duties include:

caring for the children after school
collecting the children from school and activities when required
preparing snacks and simple meals for the children
supporting the children with homework and school-related tasks
organising age-appropriate activities
helping with the children’s daily routines
keeping the children’s bedrooms and belongings organised
keeping play and study areas tidy
carrying out general housekeeping throughout the home
dusting and polishing surfaces
vacuuming and mopping floors
cleaning and maintaining bathrooms
cleaning and maintaining the kitchen
keeping living and dining areas tidy and presentable
changing bed linen and making beds
laundering household clothes and linens
ironing and folding laundry
keeping wardrobes and cupboards neat and organised
loading and unloading the dishwasher
keeping household supplies well stocked
carrying out occasional household errands
helping to keep the home clean, tidy and well organised

Requirements:

Current Paediatric First Aid

Current Enhanced DBS

UK Work Permit

Valid Driver’s License
