Days/Hours: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 5 hours per session

A lovely family based in Ascot are seeking an experienced and reliable part time housekeeper to help maintain their home to an exceptional standard. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised candidate who takes pride in creating a clean, tidy and welcoming household while working independently.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be trustworthy and able to manage their time efficiently. Applicants should also be comfortable working in a home with one friendly dog and one cat. Previous experience in a similar private household role and excellent references are essential.

Duties include:

maintaining high standards of housekeeping throughout the home
cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas
vacuuming, mopping, dusting and polishing all household surfaces
laundry, ironing and wardrobe care
making beds and changing bed linen
organising cupboards, wardrobes and household storage areas
keeping the home tidy, clutter free and well presented
maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
cleaning interior windows and mirrors when required
monitoring household supplies and reporting when items need replenishing
running occasional household errands when required
being comfortable around the family’s dog and cat
ensuring the home remains clean, organised and welcoming at all times
