Outdoor Cleaning Operative – Full Training Provided

All Clean Windows is a family-run business based in Winsford, Cheshire, with an established customer base across Winsford, Crewe, Holmes Chapel, Goostrey, Congleton, Biddulph and Macclesfield.

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and friendly person to join our team as an Outdoor Cleaning Operative. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate, someone starting their working career, or someone looking for a change of career and wanting to learn a new practical skill.

You do not need previous window-cleaning experience. Full training will be provided to the right person.

• Has a full UK driving licence

• Is reliable, punctual and hardworking

• Enjoys working outdoors rather than being office-based

• Is comfortable working independently

• Has a friendly and professional approach when dealing with customers

• Takes pride in their work and has good attention to detail

• Is physically fit and comfortable with practical work

• Is keen to learn and develop new skills

• Has a positive attitude and good work ethic

What we offer

• 35 hours per week

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm

• No weekend or evening work

• Company van provided, which can be taken home

The role involves travelling between customers' properties and carrying out traditional window cleaning. Although previous experience is welcome, we are much more interested in finding the right person with the right attitude and work ethic.

This could be an ideal opportunity for someone who has recently graduated and is looking for their first full-time position, or for someone currently working in another industry who is looking for a fresh start, more independence and a practical outdoor career.
