Private Housekeeper – UHNW Family | Chelsea, London - £55,000 - £65,000 GPA (DOE)

Role: Live-out Housekeeper

Schedule: 5 days per week, 9:00am – 6:00pm

Days Off: Tuesday and Thursday

Location: Chelsea, London

Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 gross per annum (depending on experience)

Contract: Permanent

Start Date: Flexible

A warm and welcoming UHNW family based in Chelsea is seeking an experienced and professional

Housekeeper to join their established household team. The family has three children and employs

dedicated nannies; therefore no childcare duties are required. However, the successful candidate

must be child-friendly, personable, and comfortable working in a busy family home.

Interviewing now, start date flexible.

Duties and Responsibilities;

· General housekeeping to the highest standard throughout the residence

· Daily cleaning, tidying, and presentation of all living areas

· Laundry and ironing, including the care of delicate and luxury fabrics

· Making beds and changing bed linen

· Wardrobe management, including organisation, seasonal rotation, and garment care

· Packing and unpacking for family travel, ensuring wardrobes and luggage are prepared to a

high standard

· Meal preparation and cooking as required

· Monitoring household supplies and maintaining stock levels

· Assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the household

· Working closely with other household staff to ensure the home is maintained to an

exceptional standard

Candidate Requirements

· Previous experience working within a private household, ideally for a UHNW family

· Strong housekeeping, laundry, and wardrobe management skills

· Confident cook with the ability to prepare simple, healthy family meals when required

· Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

· Professional, discreet, and trustworthy

· Positive, flexible, and team-oriented approach

· Child-friendly and comfortable working around young children

· Able to work independently and use initiative

To be considered for this role you must;

· Holds the rights to work within the UK

· Have (/ be willing to get) an up-to-date DBS certificate

· Have excellent contactable references

· Have 5+ years of experience working as a Housekeeper within a private household setting
