Live Out Housekeeper/Nanny required Near Dulwich- ASAP start

A warm, welcoming family with two young children are searching for a dedicated full time housekeeper/nanny to become a valued member of their household team.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
Salary: £40,000- 45,000 gross per annum

Overview

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a positive attitude to join a warm and welcoming household. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, highly organised, and happy to take initiative in keeping the home running smoothly.

This is a dual role with a primary focus on housekeeping and occasional support for the family’s full-time nanny. You'll be responsible for managing your own daily tasks and maintaining the overall cleanliness and order of the home.

There will be times when you're needed to assist with the children (pre-school age), particularly when one child attends individual activities with the nanny. During these periods, you’ll be responsible for caring for the other child, so a flexible and supportive attitude is essential. While housekeeping is important, childcare takes priority when needed.

The ideal candidate will be happy to be hands on and enjoys working in a team. Cooking family, child friendly style meals for the whole family is also a part of this role.

Duties included but not limited to:

Full cleaning of the 3-story home
Regular bathroom cleaning
Family laundry
Changing bed linens
Assisting the nanny with childcare as needed
Meal prep and batch cooking the children’s meals, occasionally prepping and cooking the parents’ meals too
Ensuring the home remains tidy and organised
Running errands, such as going to the post office and buying groceries
Occasional pet care

Key criteria

UK Drivers licence would be preferable but not essential
Confident cook
