Water Hygiene Engineer – Hull

Up to £32,000 DOE + benefits

Are you an experienced water hygiene engineer looking for a role that offers variety, stability and the chance to be home every night? My client, a respected leader in environmental compliance services, is seeking a dedicated professional to join their team in Hull.

This is a regional position, so the successful applicant should be based within a reasonable commute of the Hull area.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting temperature monitoring of domestic water systems

*

Flushing outlets in line with ACOP L8 & HSG 274 guidance

*

Performing tank inspections with detailed reporting

*

Servicing and replacing TMVs

*

Carrying out disinfection and chlorination works

What We’re Looking For:

You will have solid experience in the water hygiene industry with a strong working knowledge of ACOP L8 & HSG 274. Plumbing qualifications (such as NVQ Level 2) are an advantage but not essential. A keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.

Proven water hygiene experience

Knowledge of ACOP L8 & HSG 274 standards

Ability to complete monitoring, remedial and disinfection tasks

Good communication and record-keeping skills

*

Full UK driving licence
