Days/Hours: 4-5 days per week, 25-40 hours per week

A private household based in Barking and Dagenham are seeking an experienced and reliable live out housekeeper / cook to assist with the smooth running of their home. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone organised, proactive and confident balancing housekeeping duties with preparing fresh home-style meals.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient and able to work independently, ensuring the home remains clean, tidy and well organised at all times. Someone who enjoys cooking and can prepare healthy, nutritious meals for the household will be well suited to this role. Previous experience in a similar position and excellent references are required.

Duties include:

general housekeeping and maintaining high standards throughout the home
cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and living areas
laundry, ironing and wardrobe care
making beds and changing bed linen
planning and preparing fresh meals for the household
maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
shopping for groceries and household supplies when required
helping ensure the household runs smoothly on a daily basis
