Working Hours: 50 hours per week over 5 days, with every second weekend required & 2 days off midweek.
Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 gross per annum

Overview

This is a live-in Nanny/Housekeeper role supporting a family with two school-aged girls (aged 9 and 10, in residence 50% of the time) and a new born due end of January 2026. The role is a mix of childcare support and household assistance, working alongside existing staff.

The family is looking for capable, friendly person who is able to read the room, stepping out to give space when appropriate or stepping in to assist if needed. Mum and Dad are both around during the day and like to spend time with the children, but need assistance from time to time.

If you are required to babysit in the evenings, you will receive a break during the day to compensate for the later end time.

Duties included but not limited to:

Supporting with childcare for the two girls, including school runs and activities
Assisting with care of the newborn for short periods during the day
Babysitting as required, including during school holidays
Helping the housekeeping team daily cleaning, ironing, bed changes etc, (if you have the children, this will take priority over housekeeping. )
Occasional travel alongside the family during school holidays
