A private household in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire is looking for an experienced and reliable Housekeeper to join their home. The position is Monday to Friday with full time hours, and the family are open to either a live in or live out arrangement.

The successful candidate should have previous private household experience and be confident managing all aspects of housekeeping independently. They should be organised, hardworking and have excellent attention to detail, with a genuine pride in maintaining a clean, tidy and well-presented home.

Duties include:

carrying out thorough cleaning throughout the home
dusting and polishing all surfaces
vacuuming and mopping floors
cleaning and maintaining bathrooms
cleaning and maintaining the kitchen
keeping living and dining areas clean and presentable
changing bed linen and making beds
laundering household clothes and linens
ironing and folding laundry
keeping bedrooms clean and organised
keeping wardrobes and cupboards neat and tidy
loading and unloading the dishwasher
maintaining a tidy and organised kitchen
keeping household supplies well stocked
managing household rubbish and recycling
carrying out occasional household errands
reporting any maintenance issues when noticed
ensuring the home is consistently maintained to a high standard
