Our client is looking for an animal loving live-in Housekeeper for their busy country home.

Working Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday – Friday + 2 Saturdays per month
Salary: £60,000+ gross per annum

Overview

This role is predominantly housekeeping in a 6 bedroom, 2 storied property for a family of 4 (including 2 teenagers at boarding school normally), the family have three dogs as well as chickens and guinea pigs who will fall under your care.

You will generally work 45 hours Monday to Friday starting at 6.30am and finishing at 8pm with a break during the day. The family are happy for you to manage your breaks and working schedule during the day. You will also be required to work 2 Saturdays per month.

When the family travel you will need to be on site 7 days per week to care for the animals but will get time off in lieu.

Duties included but not limited to:

Cleaning, laundry and ironing
Cooking healthy family suppers
Laying and clearing the table
Cleaning out chicken coops and guinea pig hutches each week
Walking the family dogs daily
Flower arranging
