A professional live-In Housekeeper is required to join a warm, down-to-earth busy family home. The ideal candidate will be highly experienced and organised to manage the day-to-day housekeeping of the large residence.

Overview

You will be required to take of the housekeeping in a large country house, ensuring all cleaning, laundry and ironing are completed to a high standard at all times.

The family values professionalism, loyalty, discretion, and a calm, capable presence. Flexibility to work occasional weekends, evenings, and bank holidays is required.

Duties included but not limited to:

Daily cleaning and housekeeping
All laundry duties such as washing, ironing, steaming, and care of delicate fabrics
Managing household inventory and restocking supplies
Coordinating tradespeople, contractors, and service visits
Keeping utility rooms, garages, and storage areas clean and well organised
Greeting guests, offering refreshments, and ensuring a warm, welcoming atmosphere
Preparing occasional simple family meals
Anticipating household needs and supporting the smooth running of daily routines

Proven experience as a yacht stewardess, particularly within high-end settings is highly desirable
