Description
An UHNW family in Holland Park is looking for an experienced, hands-on Head Housekeeper to run their stunning large home. The household is well organised and runs smoothly, with a warm, down-to-earth family atmosphere.
You’ll lead the housekeepers and keep everything running efficiently, while also taking hands-on care of interiors, antiques, and fine finishes. This is a practical role for someone who enjoys managing a team as well as being involved in the day-to-day household tasks.
Requirements
• 5+ years’ experience in senior housekeeping within a private home or luxury hotel
• Strong eye for detail and excellent organisation
• Confident, calm team leader
• Skilled with fine fabrics, antiques, and finishes
• Fluent English and excellent communication
• Flexible, discreet, and service-focused
Days/hours: 45 hours per day, 5 days per week including working weekends in rotation with the team. 8:30-5:30 with flexibility
Salary: Up to £65k gpa
Start: ASAP
