Handyman, Private Estate, Windlesham, Surrey, £35k - £45k GPA

Description

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Handyman to join a prestigious UHNW private estate in Windlesham, Surrey. This is a hands-on role within a large, fully staffed household, suited to someone practical, flexible, and confident working to exceptionally high standards.

You’ll be expected to take ownership of general maintenance across the property and be happy to get stuck in wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities:

General property maintenance and basic repairs
Preventative maintenance and routine upkeep
Painting and decorating touch-ups
Minor plumbing and basic electrical tasks
Carpentry, furniture assembly and adjustments
Maintenance of outdoor areas including terraces, pathways and outdoor furniture
Identifying and resolving maintenance issues promptly and efficiently
Supporting wider household and estate team as required

Practical, hands-on and highly reliable handyman
Flexible and happy to assist wherever needed across the estate
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
Experience within HNW/UHNW private households or luxury estates highly desirable
Trustworthy, discreet and professional at all times
Takes pride in maintaining exceptional standards

Salary: £35k - £40k gpa
