We are a growing gardening and landscaping company based in Surrey, currently expanding our operations and looking to partner with reliable, skilled subcontractor gardeners/team of two to join our network.

Role Overview
We are seeking experienced subcontractors to carry out a range of garden maintenance and soft landscaping tasks across residential properties within approximately a 15-mile radius.
Work will be allocated on a regular basis, with opportunities for long-term collaboration.
Responsibilities
General garden maintenance (mowing, edging, weeding, pruning)
Hedge cutting and shaping
Planting and soft landscaping
Seasonal garden care (scarifying, lawn treatments, leaf clearance)
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and presentation
Communicating professionally with clients when required
Requirements
Proven experience in gardening or landscaping
Own van and full set of professional tools and equipment
Public Liability Insurance (minimum £2 million cover recommended)
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
