Days/Hours: 5 full days per week (ideally one day on the weekend)

A private household based in Farnham are seeking an experienced and caring full time housekeeper / carer to assist with the smooth running of the home while providing day-to-day support and companionship. This is a rewarding and varied role suited to someone warm, dependable and organised, with a genuine caring nature.

The position can be offered as either live in or live out. Due to the location, a confident driver is essential. The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to manage household duties efficiently and happy to assist with cooking and general support within the home. The household also has one dog, so a pet-friendly candidate is required. Previous experience in a similar role and excellent references are essential.

Duties would include:

general housekeeping and maintaining high standards throughout the home
laundry, ironing and household organisation
preparing and assisting with home-cooked meals
providing companionship and day-to-day support
running errands and assisting with appointments when required
driving duties and helping with household logistics
ensuring the home remains clean, comfortable and well organised
occasional assistance relating to the family dog

Salary to be discussed in the interview.

Requirements:

Enhanced DBS

UK work permit

Valid Driver’s License
