Experienced and Proactive Part-Time Housekeeper for a friendly family near Windsor

We are seeking a professional, experienced and proactive housekeeper to join a large private household based near Windsor, Berkshire.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, hardworking, and energetic, ready to roll up their sleeves and keep the household running smoothly. They should be happy to work as part of a team but also independently with minimal supervision.

The family is looking for someone to work part - time 3 days a week, ideally Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9am to 5pm.

Duties include but not limited to:

Carry out all general housekeeping duties to a very good standard, including daily cleaning and upkeep of the property such as mopping, dusting, vacuuming, polishing, and changing bed linens.
Ensure the correct use of cleaning products.
Laundry care, including delicate items like cashmere and silk.
Supervise dry cleaning
Monitor household supplies, conducting regular stock checks and advising on replenishment.
Anticipate and recognise the housekeeping needs of the property, establishing and following daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to maintain a consistent level of cleanliness and organisation.
Reporting to the Estate Manager

Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience in a private household, minimum 3 years with good references
Confident English speaker
Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
Exceptional organisational skills
Pet friendly, happy to work around two large (also friendly) dogs at the property
Someone who takes pride in their work with a strong eye for detail
Driver preferred

The role:

Live-out
Salary dependent on experience
Start date ASAP, but can be flexible for the right candidate
