Clean Exit Ltd is a growing professional end-of-tenancy cleaning company working with estate agents, letting agents, landlords and property professionals across Surrey and surrounding areas.

Due to a significant increase in bookings, we are looking to build relationships with reliable, experienced 2-3 person cleaning teams who are interested in taking on regular end-of-tenancy cleaning work.

This is an excellent opportunity for an established cleaning partnership, husband-and-wife team, friends who already work together, or a small cleaning business looking for a regular source of work.

What we're looking for

We are particularly interested in established teams who:

Consist of 2-3 experienced cleaners
Have previous professional cleaning experience
Ideally have experience with end-of-tenancy and deep cleaning
Have excellent attention to detail and high cleaning standards
Are reliable, punctual and hardworking
Can work efficiently as a team
Have their own vehicle and cleaning equipment
Are able to travel around Surrey and surrounding areas
Can provide their own availability and take on regular bookings
Are comfortable working independently to a specified cleaning standard
The work
End-of-tenancy cleans can include:


Full deep cleaning of properties
Kitchens and appliances
Bathrooms and limescale removal
Internal windows
Inside cupboards and wardrobes
Skirting boards, doors and woodwork
Dusting and cobweb removal
Floors and carpets
Professional carpet cleaning
General property presentation
Cleaning properties ready for new tenants

Properties vary from 1 bedroom flats through to larger family homes.

We will provide the property details and cleaning specification, with the team responsible for completing the clean to the required standard.

Rates

Rates agreed per property, depending on the size, condition and requirements of the property.

We are happy to discuss rates with established teams based on your experience, availability and the volume of work you are able to take on.
