Location: Surrey Estate

Days: 45 hours per week; Sunday-Thursday (Friday & Saturday off) Accommodation: Provided

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £70,000–£85,000

Start date: ASAP/Flexible

A long-term opportunity has arisen for a flexible and switched-on Live-in Domestic Couple, to support a large private household in Surrey.

This is a hands-on, all-round role suited to a capable, discreet and service-driven couple who take pride in maintaining a property to an exceptional standard.

This is a team-player position, for a couple who enjoy working both independently and alongside other staff members - and who are happy being lead by an existing Estate Manager

The position would suit a Couple with strong combined skills in high-level housekeeping, laundry, light cooking, maintenance, light gardening, driving and general household support, working closely with the Principals and adapting to the needs of a busy private home.

The role is offered on a Sunday to Thursday schedule, with flexibility required around the Family’s needs

Housekeeper:

• Full responsibility for the day-to-day cleanliness, presentation and organisation of the property

• High-standard housekeeping throughout the main house, including care of fine surfaces, furnishings and artworks

• Laundry, ironing and specialist garment care, including wardrobes, linens and household inventories

• Dog/pet care

• Assisting with service for events

Handyman:

• Day-to-day handyman and general maintenance across the property

• Monitoring the condition of the property and reporting issues promptly

• Assisting with Garden maintenance and outdoors upkeep/cleaning

• Driving duties for the Principals as required, including local journeys, errands and airport transfers • Care and maintenance of household vehicles

• Dog/pet care

• Assisting with service for events

• Have a valid DBS check or be willing to obtain one

• Have 3-5+ years’ experience working as a private-household Domestic Couple
