Domestic couple Housekeeper/Cook & Maintenance/Gardener for SW England, cottage £90k gpa

Description

A London-based family is seeking an experienced, proactive and discreet couple to manage and maintain their part-time country residence in South West England. Tagalog advantageous but not essential. The family mainly visit at weekends (one or two a month max) and during school holidays.

Housekeeper / Cook

• High-standard housekeeping (attention to detail is key)

• Family-style cooking (not formal fine dining)

• Preparing breakfasts

• Laying and serving the table when the family is in residence

Caretaker / Groundskeeper

• Light Gardening and general grounds maintenance (Gardener employed)

• Basic property maintenance and upkeep

• Looking after the family dogs

• Ensuring overall security of the estate

Working Pattern

• 5 days per week (45 hours)

• Weekends usually off, except when the family is in residence

The housekeeper is required to travel with the family to Europe for max 3 weeks during the summer holidays.

Accommodation

• A renovated one-bedroom cottage provided

• Regret not suitable for pets or dependents
